Located in Aventuras Akumal, 2.7 miles south from Akumal Bay, U-Nah-Kin (sun's house in Mayan) is a 4 condo building placed just in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Akumal's area. This white sandy beach is also one of the most visited by the turtles in the nesting season, between May and September.

With 2 bedrooms and one futon in the living area, this condo can accommodate from 1 to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have windows facing the ocean side, so you will be able to enjoy the breeze in every corner of the condo.
